OMBWIB Black in Business Mentorship Session Details: In one-on-one virtual sessions, mentors will engage with scholars via Zoom to offer personalized guidance, support, and motivation tailored to the unique experiences of sole proprietors. These meetings serve as a platform for mentors to impart valuable insights drawn from their own journeys, addressing key leadership concepts and navigating common business hurdles. This is a ONE-TIME commitment with each scholar. During our 1:1 meetings, Mentor will: - Support scholars in identifying their business needs and direct them to appropriate resources. - Guide participants in understanding funding needs and access to capital. - Share experiences in hiring and expanding teams. - Mentor scholars to think and perform as CEOs, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment. - Promote the importance of accountability and time management.
